Although we deal with a majority of buyers who own investment property,

FINANCING ASSISTANCE
We constantly monitor the capital markets through local banking institutions,
loan brokers and Wall Street contacts, to ensure the most favorable financing
for the transaction. Once a lender has been identified, Investment Real
Estate can provide assistance preparing the loan package for the underwriter.
We also work closely with the other professionals employed by the financial
institutions such as appraisers, title insurance companies, environmental
consultants, engineers and escrow companies.
DUE DILIGENCE
Investment Real Estate can assist in the collection of all the documentation

transaction momentum is not slowed by missing documentation required by
