COMPLETE BUILD OUT — York, PAFinding a good site that did not require any zoning requests or other variances was the key to the fast track of this project. Actual construction time was about 4 months to complete this 60,000 square foot facility. This was the second project using Moove In Self Storage’s new office and color scheme. Constructed were 1 Over/Under climate-controlled building and 2 single-story drive-up buildings. |

Complete Build Out — Leesport, PAUtilizing a site lying under a power line is generally considered impossible to build. With the low impact of storage, 13 small buildings were constructed on either side of the right of way of the power lines. Gated access was provided to the utility on both ends, in case of emergency or maintenance of the lines. |
