CONVERSION — Lancaster, PA

This project involved the conversion of 30,000 SF of an existing 70,000 SF building. Existing tenants remained in the other 40,000 SF while the conversion was taking place. This was a fast-tracked project, and the project was completed in about 3 months. Also involved was a redesign to the front of the building so customers could distinguish this as a self storage facility by the addition of self storage roll-up doors to the façade of the warehouse.
