We are looking for a professional person to complement our brokerage, property management, and construction management office staff. We need a person with a warm, welcoming voice to handle incoming calls to our staff members.
In addition, we need an individual who has keyboard skills and is proficient with Word, Excel and email, not that there will be a lot of this type of work, but we need someone who can do small projects using these programs.
This person will have a varied schedule of things to do when not answering the phone - filing, handling small reports for different departments, sorting and sending out mail, helping each division with some of their responsibilities, such as helping the property marketing coordinator get ready for property Grand Openings. We are looking for a person who can handle details and has neat handwriting! If you are this type of person, please apply.
Hours are Monday - Friday for 4 hours per day. No Saturdays. We are looking for someone who can ideally work the hours of 11 - 3 pm, but we can adjust some of the hours for the right person. We must have someone who can work over the lunch hour from 12 - 1 pm.
Experience required will be someone who has worked at least 1 - 2 years in an office environment. This is not a spot for a beginner.
Benefits for our part-time personnel will include paid holiday hours (4 hours) (after a 90-day probationary period), personal days and paid vacation time after 1 year of employment.
