Growing Property Management Company in York, PA is seeking an Operations Analyst.
Requirements:

- A relevant Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university plus two years of experience
- Outstanding PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)
- Must pay attention to detail and have the ability to manage multiple concurrent small to large projects spanning multiple functional areas
- Must be energetic and open to new ideas and direction changes
- Exceptional organizational skills, both personally and to assist others within the organization
- Skilled in MS-Access and Visual Basic for Applications a plus, experience with dimensionally-modeled databases is desired
- Extensive knowledge and proven experience designing and developing complicated analytical reports (charts, graphs, drill-down, and drill-through reporting, etc.)
- Ability to successfully collect, analyze, and formulate effective data and reporting design specifications based on end-user requirements
- Excellent analytic thinker and problems solver
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present technical and business solution concepts to all levels across functional domains (both technical and non-technical audiences)
Functions:
- Prepares standard and ad-hoc reports of financial and statistical data
- Analyzes current processes and procedures in order to make recommendations to promote effective operations within and between departments.
- Manages the completion of difficult projects that are broad in nature by following general guidelines and using creativity and resourcefulness to meet established goals.
- Recommends the final course of action among several alternatives for enhancements to operational policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manages relationships with certain vendors
- Works under light supervision to accomplish objectives.
